General Description
The Mind Over Muddle® tonic beverage is elaborated with Ginkgo Biloba leaf as the principle herb, to direct Blood flow to the brain. The brain is known to Traditional Chinese medicine as the Sea of Marrow. Marrow is in the Domain of the Kidney essence (Jing). The mind, the mental aspect of the spirit is known as the Shen, and is in the domain of the Heart. The relationship between Heart and Kidney is critical to a harmonious understanding of life and a free flow of thought and energy. Thus, the herbs in this formula act to harmonize that relationship.
